Firouzeh Jamshidi, DMD
Board Certified Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Jamshidi earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Boston University School of Dental Medicine in 2011, followed by two years of advanced specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry at the same institution.
She is Northeast Regional Board (NERB) certified by the American Association of Dental Boards and a Board-Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry (ABPD). She maintains active membership in the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) and has a refined clinical focus in oral and intravenous sedation, as well as frenectomy procedures.
With extensive experience in pediatric and special healthcare needs dentistry, Dr. Jamshidi is recognized for her ability to care for anxious and medically complex children with a calm, and highly personalized approach. She is known for providing care that is compassionate, thoughtful, and deeply personal, treating every patient with the same attentiveness she would extend to her own family.
Dr. Jamshidi is committed to delivering elevated, comprehensive pediatric dental care from infancy through adolescence. Her philosophy blends prevention, minimally invasive techniques, and long-term oral health stewardship, with a strong emphasis on education with a strong emphasis on education and collaboration with parents. Outside of her practice, Dr. Jamshidi is happily married and the proud mother of two children, Sam and Arman. She enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and maintaining an active lifestyle through fitness and gym training. She also enjoys listening to music and playing the piano.
My favorite part of pediatric dentistry is helping children overcome their fears, building trust, and creating long-term relationships with both the patients and their parents. As a mother of two, I know how important it is for kids to feel safe, comfortable, and happy during their dental visits and I strive to make every child’s dental experience a positive one.
