This was my son’s first dentist appointment and the dentist was super patient and kind. She made us as the parents feel comfortable and she made my son as comfortable as she could. My child usually struggles with going to the doctor or a doctor's office, but she really enjoyed going to Dream Smiles! It was a bright, colorful, fun, and clean atmosphere, and the nurse and doctor were very warm, friendly, and connected well with my daughter. So much so that she didn't even want to leave! My nearly 3 year old had a fantastic first visit with Dr. Jamshidi and her staff. Each person we interacted with was friendly, professional, and helpful. The staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Jamshidi was very caring and understanding towards my children during our visit. My children are very scared of dentists to begin with. But she took the time to talk to them through the procedures and calm them down. She never talked down to the kids - neither did she apply pressure if they were not ready for the procedure. I do not give a five-star ratings lightly, but I think this office deserves it!👍👍👍 The assistants are heart-warming and thoughtful. Dr. Jamshidi is not only an excellent pediatric dentist, but she is also very knowledgeable and experienced with various pediatric disabilities, treating my autistic teenager daughter with extra care and skills. The reception desk staff are also wonderful people, whether over the phone making a reservation or in-person to explain the insurance issues. The entire place is welcoming and pleasant; the service is top-rated!Ping Tong
I had such a welcoming and comfortable experience here!! My toddler was horrified when it came to getting routine dental care in the past, and switching his pediatric dental provider to this practice was so groundbreaking for him because I feel that now his experience with dentistry in the future will be so much better thanks to the understanding and kind staff. Dr.J and her team (front desk and the dental hygienist) are simply amazing. I have been taking my kids to dentists for a while now, and this is the first dental office that they love and I like too. Dr.J is very knowledgeable, patient, detail-oriented, genuine, and very caring. The receptionist Anna always reassures you and gives you accurate information on what your insurance covers, how much, what they don’t cover, etc. She’s also very pleasant. Maritza, the hygienist, is really good with the cleaning and has a welcoming, warm attitude. She’s very engaging with the kids to help them keep still and/or distracted from the procedure as needed. My kids are new to this office, and we’ve found our dentist and a dental office. The whole office has a warm, inviting, positive aura. I’m very impressed with how professional, attentive, and caring they all were. My kids had amazing experiences and keep asking when they’ll be going to the dentist next, which is a first. I have been to a few dentist's offices with my son, and let me just say I have never left one before without feeling lost, overwhelmed, or overcharged. Today was nothing like that 🙂
Karla was super nice and made me feel great about having my son sit in her chair. Jackie made sure the appointment time worked for me and my schedule. She spoke with me many times before the first appointment to assure me she had everything she needed for that visit, like insurance information and past records. I will be taking all 3 of my boys, whose ages range from 10, 2, and 1. I know they are in great hands. Everything from benefits and out-of-pocket costs to treatment plans was explained in detail by everyone. The doctor was very kind and took her time with my son. Thank you to everyone; it really shows that you all enjoy what you do, and this patient's mother is extremely grateful for that.
